It's looking a lot better!! I would fix some posing though in the beginning... it feels a little off balance. maybe it's correct in the perspective view but to camera it looks like she's going to fall over to the right. I also think that you can get more action in the shoulders. Right now they feel a bit stiff, but i think on some of the accents in the dialogue you can bring them up.
Also, don't forget that the cog needs to move too. it still looks a little stiff, try loosing it up a bit and moving it with the rest of the body. play a bit with the ring around the cog. it's nice for showing weight in the hips.
start thinking about overlapping and off setting now. and also maybe try and play with some of the eye brow shapes. right now they look the same throughout the whole test; they look a bit flat over her eyes. maybe try make some of the shapes a bit more appealing.
other than those comments, things are looking good man!! just keep up the good work and keep on chipping away!
